I received this text today from a newer VIP Thrive coaching client and I have been smiling ever since.

In just 2 weeks, she has been stretched. She has dismissed deep lies that have held her back for years and she has learned about herself in a way she has never learned before.

Your life is not supposed to be a white knuckle struggle. It can feel fun and easy!

When I learned how to develop and grow my confidence it changed everything!

I know we’re told that confidence is something you’re either born with or not but that is a lie! ❌Don’t believe it! ❌

Confidence is a muscle, a knowledge, a trust that can be developed, grown, and strengthen! And when you do, life is gets easier, it makes more sense, and the things that are actually important to you become the priority.

Let’s start enjoying your life, all of it, because you are fully capable and worthy of that!

Alphabet Dates!

last night was “A” Date which included
-Dinner at @ajjaeats
-Arcade games & competition at @boxcarral
-Strolling the artisan fair at @downtowncarypark (got a candle from @violetteveco )
- BONUS- went home and watched ALONE-a survival show we were already watching 😎

This date and idea forced us to be creative and introduced variety into our date (* instead of a regular dinner date- anyone else on the rut? 🫣)

Remember- We need variety to Thrive – it’s one of your core needs friend! 😁
